Booking & Cancellation Policy

At ReLeaf Massage, appointment times are reserved specifically for each client. To help us respect our therapists’ time and keep appointments available for everyone, please review our booking policies before scheduling.

Card on File
A valid credit or debit card is required to reserve your appointment. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking. Your card will never be charged or used for anything other than the cancellation/no-show policy outlined below.

24-Hour Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.

No-Shows
Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment and do not provide notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.

Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, your session may need to be shortened to avoid delaying the next client. The full scheduled service price will still apply. Depending on how late you arrive, we may be unable to accommodate the appointment, and it may be treated as a late cancellation.

By Appointment Only
ReLeaf Massage operates by appointment only. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred therapist, date, and time.

Professional Conduct & Zero-Tolerance Policy
ReLeaf Massage provides professional, therapeutic massage services only. Appropriate and respectful behavior is required at all times from both clients and therapists.

Any sexual comments, requests, gestures, inappropriate exposure, harassment, threatening behavior, or other inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated. If inappropriate behavior occurs, the therapist has the right to immediately end the session. The client may be responsible for the full cost of the scheduled appointment and may be prohibited from booking future appointments with ReLeaf Massage.

For the comfort and safety of everyone, proper draping will be used throughout the massage in accordance with professional standards.

Right to Refuse or Discontinue Service
ReLeaf Massage and its therapists reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a service when necessary for safety, health, professional, or conduct-related reasons.

Agreement to Policy
By booking an appointment with ReLeaf Massage, you acknowledge and agree to these policies and authorize ReLeaf Massage to charge the card on file for applicable late cancellation or no-show fees.
